DEFINITIONS

Paintings are original artwork in acrylic on either canvas or artist cradled board.

Illustrations are combinations of hand-drawn, digital, and painting.

FINE ART SIGNED PRINTS

Signed prints have a ¼ or ½ inch white border outside the measurement. ‘Deb Garlick Art’ on the shown image will not be visible.

They are professionally printed to order. Prints can take up to one week to be completed. I personally check each print before packaging and shipping them. If there is some reason a reprint is necessary, there will be a delay in shipping and you will be notified.

Print sizes 8 x 10in and 11 x 14in are shipped flat. Larger print sizes if available, are shipped rolled in a tube.

Not all artwork is available for print or in every size.

Prints do not include frame or mat.

PRINTS AND THINGS

These prints are high quality and printed edge to edge to measurement.

They are shipped directly from the printer and not signed.

Prints are made local to the shipping address. Local printing means there are no duties, tariffs, or customs involved.

SHIPPING & TAXES

SHIPPING FINE ART SIGNED PRINTS - are posted with tracking with Canada Post. Please use your tracking number and contact your local postal office for assistance if there is a delay.

SHIPPING SMALL ORIGINAL PAINTINGS - are posted with tracking with Canada Post. Please use your tracking number and contact your local postal office for assistance if there is a delay.

SHIPPING MEDIUM TO LARGE ORIGINAL PAINTINGS - are shipped using UPS Air. Shipping is quoted separately.

TAXES - Canadian orders have GST (5%) added at check out.

NOTIFICATIONS - You will receive notifications when you order, and when your order has shipped.

REFUNDS

Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Work must be returned at the buyer’s expense prior to receiving a refund. 20% fee retained for costs incurred.
